The items and rates here are real, off the companies’ own lists — our email address and the year the business started are still being set up.

Ask for it in your own words

Write it the way you would say it on the phone — paanch kohni, do inch ka elbow, panj derh inch pipe. We find it on our sheets, price it at today’s rate, and show you the list before anything is ordered.

One thing per line, or all on one line separated by commas. Item codes work here too. Up to 60 lines.

It reads the trade’s own words

A plumber asks for a kohni, not an elbow, and a jali, not a floor trap. Those are the words on our sheets as far as this box is concerned — and so are the numbers said the way they are said: aadha, derh, dhai, sawa teen, panj, trai.

  • paanch kohni — five elbows
  • do inch ka elbow — one elbow, two inches. The number is the size here, and it is read as the size.
  • aadha inch bib cock 10 pcs — ten half-inch bib cocks
  • panj derh inch pipe — five pipes, one and a half inches

When it is not sure, it asks. It will not pick a colour, a company or a quantity for you, and it never offers something near what you asked for as though it were the thing.
