What your house takes

Tell us how many bathrooms and kitchens you are building. Below is every kind of part one bathroom needs, which of them we can price today, and between what rates — at the same rate for everybody.

This is indicative — not a quotation.

  • There is no total on this page, and that is deliberate. How many of each part a bathroom takes is not something we will guess at — the office confirms it with you, and only then is it a quotation.
  • So the counts above change the words on this page and the message we get, and no figure below. They are how we know what to work out for you.
  • Rates are the published ones — the same for a homeowner, a plumber and a shop. They come off the companies’ own current lists and move when those lists do.
  • You have not told us the water line, so every water-line rate below covers both UPVC and CPVC. CPVC is the one that takes hot water and costs roughly two and a half times as much, so the band is wide until you say which.
