What do PN-16, PN-20 and PN-25 mean on PPRC pipe?
The pressure class — the wall thickness for the same outside size, printed by the maker against the DIN 8077/78 standard. You choose it on the pipe; every PPRC fitting we carry is PN 25.

Every PPRC fitting we carry is PN 25 — one class, the heaviest of the three. So the decision in front of you is about the length of pipe; the elbow that goes on the end of it is the same elbow either way.
The same size, in both classes
Steelex prints both, so this is one company against itself — a rate off our own published list, per whole pipe. On 9 of 9 sizes the heavier class costs more. That is the wall thickness, in rupees.

It is a wall, not a look
The class is the maker’s own word. The sections on the price list are headed PN-16 As Per DIN 8077/78 Standard and PPRC FITTINGS (PN 25) — we copy that heading onto the row and we do not translate it.
Two lengths of the same outside size in different classes differ in bore and wall, not in what they look like. The bore of the heavier one is narrower, because the wall inside it is thicker.
So read the stamp on the pipe, the same as with SCH-40 and SCH-80. A photograph cannot show you a wall.
